WORST SERVICE EVER! Please avoid at all costs, customer service is poor. ordered an Egg chair on 8th August. then on the 5th of September. i got an email saying your Item will be with you in 5 working days, its now 13 days, i have sent them an email regarding this an they apologized and told me i will get it on the 18th and still no update from them as they promise me i will get a text message. now they are not even replying to my email. so annoying its been way over a month. Very disappointed terrible service.
Again like other reviews this company is useless. Trying to return an egg chair - after finding a number they said to deliver it today but no one there.
Please avoid this company.

Very happy with my Briq egg chair ,easy ordering ,good communication.
Delivered on Sunday which is great when you work ,kept well informed about delivery times .
Chair is very comfortable will have many lazy hours
Egg chair not delivered within time slot agreed, no apology.
Opened box to assemble, no instructions no fittings.
Can’t get hold of anybody until Tuesday as it is a bank holiday.
Further to my review they advised me my sofas is being delivered in 1-5 days - that was 4 weeks ago! Now i am being told the courier company will contact me SGK - no timescales nothing! It has been embarrassing to have family over in our first new home and to sit on the floor. Avoid buying anything from this company I tried to complain and i was told by staff I am rude for repeating that I have not received my sofas in the email! An email that explained my frustration but nothing out of the norm in my terminology no curse words nothing bar incompetent behaviour i have had to deal with!!! They still have not reached out to me!
28 weeks have passed and we still have no sofas in our new home and with a baby due any day we are having to reside in our bedrooms. I had been given false assurances that my sofas would arrive in 1-5 days and then a week later i enquire and i am told it’s actually another 1-5 days and then again the same it’s ridiculous and unprofessional! We ordered in November - 6 months have passed and we haven’t received the order - I have emailed again to make them aware of not having a delivery date like that had promised. But i know its going to be another 1-5 days they will tell me.
When we first ordered our Qatar coffee table in November it appeared as in stock on the website. However we were then told it was delayed at Folkstone. This was initially annoying but all our emails were answered promptly and courteously, mainly by Patty, and we were kept aware of progress. It has now arrived and is totally fabulous and glamorous and well worth the wait. It is beautifully made and was packaged extremely well as there was not even a scratch although it had travelled from China. We would definitely use this company again but would be aware next time that we might wait some time for our product.
Bought 2 Sofas, great quality, excellent service from Laura, she has good knowledge of the upholstery trade. Will definitely buy from BRIQ again.
Delivery guys were also excellent.
Ordered a duo table and the customer service was exceptional from Ellie!! Very helpful, I can’t wait to order again
Still awaiting a refund on a product returned on 02/10. The return was due to several delays in delivery. I have received a reply on 24/10 confirming will look into this but no further response to my subsequent emails. Will never use this company again and am considering going to the ombudsman.
Received our egg chair and i am delighted with it.. yes it took a while to come but it says this on the website and i had multiple emails updating me. The customer service was good. Some of these bad reviews are very unfair it said pre order and we were emailed numerous times with updates, if you don’t want to wait.. don’t order a pre order item and then complain about it!! The egg chair was Worth the wait and the money! Thank you Briq
I ordered And paid for an egg chair back in June. Despite continuously enquiring about the delivery date I still have no idea when I will receive the chair. I would advise anyone not to deal with this company and am disappointed I ever trusted them with my money.
Do not buy anything from this company!
